Eligibility Requirements
Our housing programs are designed for individuals facing barriers to stable housing and self-sufficiency — including those transitioning from incarceration, experiencing homelessness, or struggling to get back on their feet.
Housing Need
Applicants must demonstrate a need for affordable housing — including those experiencing homelessness, housing instability, transitioning from incarceration, or living in unaffordable or unsafe conditions.
Community Transition
We serve individuals who are actively working to reintegrate into the community — including those recently released from incarceration, exiting shelter programs, or leaving unstable living situations.
Income Guidelines
We prioritize individuals with low-to-moderate income, including those receiving public assistance, disability benefits, or other fixed income sources as they work toward financial independence.
Program Participation
Residents are expected to engage with available support services and work toward long-term stability goals as part of our community agreement.
